Beaver Lake in northwest Arkansas has 28,000 acres of crystal clear water for swimming, fishing, boating and relaxing. This beautiful lake is located near the Arkansas cities of Rogers, Eureka Springs, Springdale, and Fayetteville.

Lost Cave Cottage At Beaver Lake
This was my first time to ever stay in a cabin with a cave on the property and it was so much fun! I think that the Lost Cave Cottage would be a perfect vacation rental for a small group or a family with teens or older children.
The cabin is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with tons of amenities. It is located only about a 5 minutes from Beaver Lake! We were there in the summer and had wonderful forest views but I was told that in the winter you can see the lake.
The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you might need to make full meals. We really enjoyed having a dishwasher and a counter top ice maker! There is a master bedroom with a super comfortable bed and a full bath downstairs. Two more bedrooms with a full bath are upstairs.
The outdoor living is wonderful at Lost Cave Cabin! There is a spacious deck with a table, a gas fire pit, a hammock and a grill. Then you have another area just off of the deck where you can build a wood fire. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views and make S’mores.
The cave is a bluff shelter that is just a short scramble down the hill. It has some Adirondack chairs as well as another spot to build a cozy fire.
We visited during a dry time in the summer but I think that the cave would be amazing during a rainstorm. I imagine sitting under the bluff sipping on a warm beverage watching the drops fall through the trees.
The entire outside area including the cave has string lights which make for magical atmosphere in the evenings.
Although we visited in the summer, I would highly recommend this as an all season getaway. Check out that amazing winter photo below!
The Dogwood – Lake House on Beaver Lake with Direct Waterfront Access
If you are traveling with a larger group The Dogwood Lake House is the perfect rental cabin on Beaver Lake for you! Seriously, y’all. This place is gorgeous. It is a new home on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful lake views.
We stayed here last winter with a group of friends and the house is absolutely stunning. The interior is so pretty and relaxing, with modern decor in neutral colors.
It easily sleeps 12 with four queen bedrooms and a sleeping nook with 4 twin beds. The views are lovely and you have direct lake access to the dock down a staircase in the backyard.
It was very spacious with room for all of us to spread out and a nice large living area for games and conversation.
Exquisite Mountain Cabin Near Beaver Lake and Eureka Springs
The Deer Trail Cabin is only a few minutes away from Beaver Lake. If you are planning a romantic getaway this one bedroom is just the place for you!
You will have the entire place to yourself and the location is quiet with forest views. The decor walks a perfect line between being rustic and luxurious. There is a lavish king bed and a stone fireplace in the master bedroom.
180 degree Views From Beaver Point Lodge
Beaver Point Lodge not only has direct access to Beaver Lake but also offers gorgeous lake views from every room in the house.
This home is SO comfortable and inviting and you will will love the quality of the furnishings. You can tell that it is well cared for. The house has an open floor place with huge windows that let in tons of natural light.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master is on the main living area and there are 2 more bedrooms on the lower level along with another living area. Plenty of room for larger groups!
There is a deck on each level with plenty of seating, a table, and a charcoal grill.
The Sky Suites: Luxurious Cabins on Beaver Lake
Looking for deluxe accommodations? Check out The Sky Suites. These rentals on Beaver Lake are amazing! You will have glorious views of the lake in a sumptuous environment. The sky suites are the epitome of modern luxury.
This place is very high tech with all sorts of technology and yet feels warm and inviting. It is a one bedroom with an amazing king bed, a see through fireplace, a lush bathroom and so much more. Definitely take a look!
“Foxtail” Cabin Retreat only steps to Beaver Lake
The Foxtail Cabin Retreat is a lakeside cabin that is situated on an acre of property with beautiful private beach access. This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin. It has one king room and 1 queen room.
The outdoor living is perfect with a great deck, a private yard, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Not only that but when you stay here you will have be able to use one of 3 kayaks, or a canoe, or a stand-up paddleboard for some fun on the water.
There are also chairs for relaxing, hammocks, and yard games.
The Lost Haus A-Frame
The is an adorable A-frame cottage! The decor is the perfect combination of boho and modern. You will want to immediately curl up on the blue velvet sofa.
The high ceilings give the house a wonderfully spacious feeling and the large windows fill the rooms with natural light. There is a bedroom downstairs with a comfy bed and a bathroom and another bedroom up the spiral staircase.
There is a deck on the front porch with a lounge area, a firepit, and views of the lake.
Shoreline Cabin at Beaver Lake
This split level house called Shoreline at Beaver Lake is located in a lake community on a private road. It is on the lake and also close to the city of Rogers. Here you can experience country lakeside living without being too far from restaurants and museums.
The owners live on the bottom level of this home and you will have complete and private access to the top story. Best of all is the lake view from the deck and the fact that the lake is literally right off your back yard. They also have floaties, a paddleboard, and kayaks for your use.
Lake house with Private Pool on Beaver Lake
This is a stunning and huge lakefront home with a heated infinity pool! There is both a home and a guest house so this property can sleep 20 people! That would be perfect for a large family gathering or a group of friends.
There are so many of amenities and plenty of space to spread out…what more could you want?
The houses are on 165 acres and have 4,000 feet of lake frontage. They share the pool and the 3 level deck space. The entire place is so quiet and secluded.
The main home has an expansive living area with huge windows and gorgeous lake views. Both houses have their own kitchen and laundry. This vacation rental is a must see if you have a large group!
It is one of the most interesting of the cabins on Beaver Lake Arkansas!

This unique rental has some of the best views! You will have to see it to believe it. There are huge picture windows and when you look out all you will see is the blue, clear waters of Beaver Lake.
You will find panoramic views from almost every room and from the upper and lower decks. You will be only steps from your own private pebble beach from which you can swim or kayak. You are also only a 5 minute drive from a marina.
This house has 3 king bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with twin beds.
Canyon Grove Lake Retreat
One of the most luxurious cabins on Beaver lake is the Canyon Grove Lake Retreat. This property is offered by Cohobnb and is simply stunning. You are definitely going to want to click through and look at the photos because this place is so stylish!
There is nothing cookie cutter about this retreat, everything is custom and gorgeous.
This property has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a loft room with 4 twin beds. In the living area windows reach from the floor all the way to the top of the vaulted ceiling framing a gorgeous view of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains.
