Luxury Vacation Rentals in Hot Springs: Review of Overnight Digs
All of the Overnight Digs Properties are luxury rentals with top-notch decor and amenities.
They are all well-located and most have amazing outdoor spaces.
You will find all sizes of properties for your group.
They have cozy, yet sumptuous rental homes that would be perfect for a smaller getaway as well as large and expansive homes with many bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group of friends or even a family reunion.
In fact, I would go so far as to say that Overnight Digs is the BEST place to rent a home for a larger group. Sometimes spacious and luxurious rental properties can be hard to find, but with Overnight Digs you will have SO many choices.
I am going to specifically share the three properties that I personally have experienced, but all of their properties are equally well done!

Our Specific Stays with Overnight Digs
Britz Hamilton
We stayed at the Britz Hamilton with a large group of friends and everyone loved it! This home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. I can assure you that you will never feel crowded in this home. There is so much room for everyone to spread out.
The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, the bedrooms are large with the most comfortable beds and the bathrooms are tiled and luxurious.
However, that’s just the beginning!
The Lake Hamilton location is superb with direct lake access.
But the best thing of all about this property? The AMAZING outdoor living spaces and amenities. There is a covered outdoor space with a living area and television as well as an excellent outdoor kitchen.
You will also find a heated swimming pool, a fire pit, a large hot tub, and even a putting green!
Our group took full advantage of all these amenities!
It was a cool night while we were there, so we grilled burgers and watched the Razorbacks play basketball in the outside living area. Then we alternated between soaking in the hot tub, swimming in the heated pool, and chatting around the fire pit.
This amazing Overnight Digs property even has a game room with an indoor basketball area and a pool table.
Honestly? It was a perfect place to spend time with a group of friends.
Anyone looking for a luxury property for a large group would love this stay!

Grand point
Grand Point is another Overnight Digs property with almost too many amenities to list. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The furnishing here are modern and super comfortable.
In my opinion, this property would be a great home to rent for a large family or friend group. It would also be perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party!
There are televisions everywhere and the one in the kitchen even pops up from the countertop. So cool! Speaking of the kitchen, it is large and fully equipped with top-notch appliances.
The indoor/outdoor living spaces are especially incredible.
I guarantee that your group will love them…ours did!
The huge covered patio has an wonderful outdoor kitchen with seating around the bar. There is also an outdoor living area with a gorgeous fireplace and a television.
On the ground floor you will find another outdoor patio with a hot tub!
This patio is connected to a game room inside the house that has a pool table and an indoor/outdoor bar. Two garage style doors can be fully opened to provide the best of open air living as well as an indoor and outdoor bar!
The Hangout at Mimosa Point
The Hangout at Mimosa Point is only slightly smaller than the previous two stays that I have mentioned. It is a four bedroom three bath home that will sleep 13 people.
What I especially loved about this property is that it is in a beautiful setting with nature and lovely plantings. The large covered deck has a dining table and plenty of seating and is surrounded by trees.
In the backyard you will find a lovely setting with a hot tub and a firepit.
In addition to the outdoor spaces there are also two indoor living areas to enjoy.
The upstairs living room is very spacious with a large, comfortable sofa. Then you will find a separate living area downstairs near the bunk beds. This would be perfect for families traveling with teens or children.
I also really like the location of this property as it is on a quiet street in a nice little area which makes it great for taking a walk in the evenings.
The curving sidewalk down to the lake from the backyard is also lovely.

In our experience all of the Overnight Digs properties are exceptionally well equipped and no expense has been spared for the comfort of the guests. You will find plenty of towels, including beach towels, as well as nice quality sheets and bedding.
The kitchens have all the appliances that you might need.
I would say that the hosts have gone above and beyond in these properties to make sure that their guests are cared for. It is all so well thought out.
We also found the people at Overnight Digs to be very communicative. Reservations were easy and check-in information and directions were given promptly. All instructions were clear and easy to follow.
It is often the “little things” that can make a rental property feel comfortable or that can loom large when they are wrong.
All of the “little things” as well as the BIG things are done extremely well at the Overnight Digs properties.
