Holiday Market at Turnbuckle Farm
Start the season off right with a celebration at Turnbuckle Farm’s Holiday Market. This is a festive market filled with local makers, warm food and drinks, and plenty of holiday spirit.
Shop handmade gifts, enjoy farm-fresh treats, and snap a picture with Santa in the barn.
This market is a cozy community gathering you won’t want to miss. It will be held on November 15 from 10-5.
Ice Skating at Lawrence Plaza
This is one of our favorite Christmas events in Bentonville! This family friendly activity opens November 22, 2025 and continues into February of 2026.
Tickets are limited and they do fill up fast, especially on the weekends. You will probably want to buy your tickets early.

Lighting of the Square
The downtown Bentonville Square becomes an absolute dream during Christmas! If you want to experience the magic of seeing lights go on then be there on November 22 at 6:00 sharp!
The lighting ceremony also includes live entertainment, Santa appearances, and more.

Miracle on 2nd Street at Undercroft
This is a fun and festive pop-up at Undercroft Bar with bright and shiny holiday decor and amazing specialty cocktails to celebrate the season!
This event begins November 18 and continues through December 31. You will need to make reservations to visit.
Enjoy a Stroll Through the Lights at the Bentonville Square
If you don’t make the lighting ceremony then don’t worry. The Bentonville square will be awash with Christmas cheer all the way through the season.
Bentonville is one of the most charming Christmas towns in Arkansas. It feels like you are in a holiday postcard. Every evening during the season the entire square glows with thousands of twinkling lights.
Families stroll past the shops and cafes, stopping for hot chocolate or to snap photos beneath the sparkling canopy. You will be surrounded by cheerful music, holiday window displays, and the joyful buzz of people.
It is truly enchanting!
The lights last from November 22 through January 1.
Time Loop: Forest Light Experience
This art installation is designed exclusively for the North Forest of the Crystal Bridges Museum. It features immersive areas that will cause you to marvel at the movements of light.
It is so impressive and is also backed by a custom soundtrack.
This might not be a typical Christmas display but it is definitely an outdoor experience unlike any other in Northwest Arkansas. It will last through January 4, 2026.

Merry and Bright Market
The Merry and Bright Market is a cozy Christmas market in Bentonville featuring local makers and bakers.
It will be held on November 22 at Ledger near the town square.
Winter Market of NWA
The Winter Market of NWA is held at the Benton County Fairgrounds on November 28 – 29.
This is a family friendly market that includes shopping from local vendors, photos with Santa, a live nativity scene and more.
Gobbler Family 5K and Fun Run
We aren’t exactly a family that runs a race on Thanksgiving…but I know that some of you are!
Join the Gobbler Family 5K and 1 mile Fun Run to kick off the holiday season.
This even is held Thanksgiving morning, November 27, at 8:30.
Holiday Decor at the Peel Museum and Gardens
You can take a free tour of the historic Peel Museum and Gardens while they are decked out and glowing with Christmas decor!
Decorations and lights start to go up in mid to late November. Be sure and follow them on Facebook for all the details!
Freedom Frosty 5K
This is a race that benefits Camp Alliance. Camp Alliance is a mission which provides resources directly to Arkansas veterans, military, and their families.
The race begins Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 8:00AM. The location is Lawrence Plaza.

Bentonville Christmas Parade
The Bentonville Christmas Parade is pure Christmas magic.
It will begin at 6pm on Saturday, December 13. There will be over 100 floats, marching bands, live music and entertainment and joy around every corner.
This is the most festive night of the year in Bentonville!

The Nutcracker by NWA Ballet Theater
The Nutcracker Ballet will be performed Friday, December 19th at 7:00pm and Saturday, December 20th at 1:00pm & 7:00pm at the Arend Arts Center in Bentonville.
